AI and IoT

At Athens Brainy, we focus on the technological integration of AI and IoT, which forms the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Our goal is to create innovation across various industries by fusing AI-driven data intelligence with the Internet of Things.

Looking at the manufacturing industry, our research team has established a method of installing IoT sensors on factory equipment to collect big data, which is then analyzed and modeled using AI. By constantly monitoring real-time data such as current values, vibration, and temperature from CNC machine tools, and having AI learn these patterns, we can accurately predict cutting tool wear and damage, significantly reducing unnecessary replacement costs.

In the logistics field, our research is also noteworthy. We attach IoT devices to trucks, containers, and unmanned vehicles in warehouses to digitize and visualize movement routes and inventory flow. AI analyzes this big data to select optimal transportation routes and maintain appropriate inventory based on demand forecasts, aiming for revolutionary efficiency in logistics.

Furthermore, we are exploring new innovation possibilities through the fusion of AI and IoT in areas such as smart farming and smart livestock farming. Research is underway to achieve optimal cultivation and breeding management by analyzing biological and environmental data collected by sensors using AI.

In this way, Athens Brainy aims to achieve automation of operations and optimization of processes, dramatically improving productivity and added value, through big data utilization and real-time analysis technology integrating AI and IoT.
